The Proprietor (THE PROPRIETOR 所有者たち, THE PROPRIETOR Shoyū-sha-tachi) is the #48 chapter in Terra Formars' Earth saga.

Summary[]

Joseph starts the Newton family meeting he introduces himself as the their happy new leader Joseph and gives some info about himself. He is madly in love with rice farming and literature and even more with a girl named Michelle what's interested is something below her waist(we'll never know because he gets off by his family to stop the vulgarity but one can infer what he meant.) He then appoints Elone as second in command who refuses but then gradually accepts when he sees how the rest of the family reacts to the open position. Next the discuss how they're going to covertly take over the world without anyone even realizing.
