Marcia (マルシア, Marushia) is a Roman woman under Joseph Gustav Newton's tutelage who joined the Annex Project in order to find a cure for the deadly A.E. virus that afflict the Earth.

Plot

Annex I Arc

During their landings, they were caught in a huge net by the Terraformers and crash landed. In an attempt to save to their lives, Joe willingly attracted the gathering group of attackers to himself using their pheromones and left the management of Squad 6 to Marcia and one other. Thus, due to Marcia's ability being used by a Terraformer, it can be assumed that Squad 6 has been mostly decimated.

However in a flashback its revealed that Joseph withheld the M.O. drugs for his squad during their escape from the Annex I. When Marcia tried to retrieve them from him, he incapacitated her with a punch in the stomach. Her body and her teammates were burned by Joe using a flamethrower, and their ID tags were switched with that of Squad 4's to draw the conclusion that they had perished.

Its revealed that with the rest of the 6th Division, Marcia had the objective to delay/block the development of the vaccine for the A.E. Virus. However given Plan Delta and the 6th Division taking on attack after attack repeatedly, this plan was never followed through with.

Powers and Abilities

M.O. Operation

Marcia received the M.O. Operation for the Annex 1 mission with her operation base being the Banded archerfish, making her capable of firing jets of water like a pistol through her hands.
