Fatima von Vinland (ファティマ・フォン・ヴィンランド, Fatima fon Vinrando) is from the Cosmopolitan. She travelled to Mars along with Elone, to retrieve her "uncle" Joseph with the Noah 1 spacecraft.She said they were relatives to Joseph which maybe true due to her being able to incapacitate a overmutated Locust type and then throw him out of a specialized glass window with relative ease and no visible transformation.

According to the manga she looks like her father just without the same hair and skin color.
Personality[]
She is bubbly and gets easily get excited as well as easily angered and feels superior to most people and will boss them around. She's always kind to Joseph for whatever reason while supporting him without question and gets jealous whenever he mentions Michelle. She feels Jinjen is weaker and lesser to her due to feeling she's not is strong or as well adapted as her.
Despite all this her favorite family member besides Joseph is actually Eloine and based on the fact he's only ever hanging out with her it's probably mutual.
History[]
Annex I Arc (2619 A.D.)[]
She was born after Jinjen at least 18 years ago. Naturally she studied and did the Newton perfect proprioception training they all go through. Beyond that little else is known about her early life. Later on her and Eloine agreed to go and rescue Joseph from Mars either they wanted to take his dead body back or they knew he could regenerate his wounds. After scaring the Chinese into leaving them alone they take the Evas, roach samples and Joseph back to Earth.
Earth Arc[]
Later on the Chinese, her and her sister as well as terra formars went into human breeding on an artificial island. Eventually they have to flee when Akari and the Japanese invade and liberate their captives. She is last seen sitting with Eloine during the Newton family meeting.
Powers and Abilities[]
She's at least as strong as Thien based on how she handled a grasshopper type. Here reactions also enable her to catch a piece of broken glass fly at her at least 100mph
She also can speak Hindi and English as well as Japanese. And knows how to use firearms
